Open Nationals allows all approved gear, up to single-ply gear. There are only age divisions and no special division for Raw. You can wear as little as your singlet or as much as allowed for single-ply gear, including suits, shirts, and knee wraps. Qualifies you for the NAPFs (Equipped), IPF Open Worlds, SubJr/Junior Worlds, Master Worlds, and the Arnold.
A National Meet Qualifying Total must be achieved in a USA Powerlifting-sanctioned meet on or after January 1 of the year before the year in which the National Meet is being held and before the entry deadline for the meet. This includes all USA Powerlifting National Meets.
Raw Nationals only allows equipment based on the raw definition, which is singlet, knee sleeves, wrist wraps and belt. Qualifies you for NAPFs (Raw), IPF Raw Worlds (all age divisions) and the Arnold

Process to compete as a non-US Citizen.
Only costumes, support shirts, wraps, belts, knee sleeves and singlets from commercial manufacturers officially registered and approved by the IPF Technical Committee shall be permitted for use in Powerlifting Competitions. This applies to all championships and records, from Local to Worlds.
