We're looking for more referees and volunteers to host more meets!
Direct A USA Powerlifting Meet
Important Information
Before you fill out your sanction form, you'll need this information:
- Date & Address of Meet Location
- Meet Directors contact information and USPL Membership #
- 5 Confirmed and Active Referees
- Include 1 National Referee or State Chair as a Referee - recommended
- 1 Male and 1 Female Doping Control Officer (DCO) - these can also be referees
- Debit/Credit Card or Paypal Information to pay your sanction fee
After your meet is approved:
- Have all of your logos with any USA Powerlifting on it approved by the National Office. Examples, event logo, event shirt, event banner, medals, trophies, website.
- Request access to the Meet Directors Resource Site
Build Your Team
In addition to the people need on your Meet Application, for each session you'll need:
- Spotting and Loading - 4-5 people
- Athlete Check-in, Equipment Check, Rack Heights, Spectator Check-in
- Technical Secretary with 1-2 more helpers at score table
- Technical Controller
- Announcer and/or Music Controller
